Yogurt Herb Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. yogurt
    1 tsp. chopped chervil
    1 tsp. chopped dill
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Mash together the garlic and salt.
    Beat in the mustard and vinegar, then beat in the oil and yogurt.
    Stir in the herbs. Season with pepper.
    Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
