Old Fashioned Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 doz. eggs
2 c. sugar
2 pt. heavy cream*
1 pt. half and half*
1 qt. milk
2 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
rum to taste (white; optional)

Preparation

*Can add vanilla ice cream (1/2 gallon) in place of heavy cream and half and half.
