Baby Food Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small box orange Jell-O (add no water)
1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
3/4 c. sugar
2 small jars apricot baby food
pecans (optional)
8 oz. cream cheese, very soft
12 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Heat orange Jell-O and pineapple until dissolved.
Add sugar. Mix in cream cheese (mash with fork until mixed well; do not beat). Add baby food. Chill until slightly jelled.
Fold in Cool Whip. Add nuts on top.
