Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1/4 c. diced onions
    4 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 c. water
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cook
    the potatoes, onions, butter, and water until potatoes are done.
    Just before removing from heat, add milk and thickening (mix the flour and enough water to make very creamy).
    After thickening has been added, the soup should be a light and creamy texture.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
