Rookie'S Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 can evaporated milk
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, drained in colander
    1/4 c. salsa
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Pour in 2 pie crusts.
    Bake 45 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
    Cool a few minutes and serve.
