Brisket Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 brisket roast (4 to 6 lb. when trimmed)
    1 bottle favorite barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Salt and pepper roast.
    Using a couple layers of heavy-duty aluminum foil, securely wrap the roast, pouring barbecue sauce over roast before sealing the foil.
    Bake at low heat (250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0) for 3 to 4 hours.
