Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
    12 oz. grated cheese (Swiss, Gruyere, etc.)
    1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, cooked and drained
    1 deep dish pie shell
Preparation
    Blend eggs and cream until foamy.
    Combine with all other ingredients and pour into prebaked 9-inch pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    A knife should come out clean when testing.
