Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce with tomato bits
    2 c. hot water
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 pkg. dry taco mix
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper, ground beef and rice in oil in a large skillet until beef is browned.
    Pour off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer 35 minutes, stirring once or so until rice is done.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
