Green Beans With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans
6 to 8 cooked crepes
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation

In saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon butter.
Stir in flour, salt, onion, pepper and lemon peel.
Mix in water.
Cook until thick. Stir in sour cream, then green beans.
Fill crepes.
Fold over. Mix cheese with 1 tablespoon melted butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over filled crepes.
Place in broiler until cheese melts.
