Creamy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 potatoes
    2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Clean and boil potatoes whole with skins, leave firm, 15 minutes.
    Peel potatoes while still hot.
    Put in plastic bag. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
    Butter casserole; grate potatoes. Put grated potatoes in buttered casserole with salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour 1 3/4 cups heavy cream into casserole.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 uncovered.
