Meat Roll A La Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 grams beef or veal (about 1 1/3 lb.)
    50 grams salt pork or bacon (about 1.76 oz.)
    3 eggs
    2 to 3 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Rinse a long slice of meat and pat dry.
    Pound it lightly with a mallet; salt and pepper it.
    Put on it slices of salt pork or bacon and hard-boiled eggs cut into quarters.
    Roll meat up and dredge in flour.
    Fry, add some beef stock and bake in oven until done at 350\u00b0.
    Just before the meat is done, add minced garlic. Serve with potatoes and vegetables.
