Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef stew meat
    3 onions, sliced
    5 carrots, sliced
    3 potatoes, diced
    1 can peas, drained
    1/2 c. tomato soup
    1/2 c. cream of celery soup
    1 bay leaf
    salt and pepper
    1/2 can liquid from peas
Preparation
    Sift approximately 3 1/2 cups flour into all ingredients in large baking pot.
    Cover tightly with foil or use lid if ovenproof. Bake 5 hours at 275\u00b0.
    This is a sure thing.
    Just put it in the oven and wait.
