Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped red cherries
Preparation

Combine in saucepan the crushed pineapple, sugar and water; bring to boiling point.
Add lemon jello and cool.
Then add cottage cheese when cooled and fold in Cool Whip, nuts and cherries.
