Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 (16 oz.) can English peas, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables, drained
    1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
    1 small onion, grated
    Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook cheese, mayonnaise and mushroom soup over low heat until cheese melts.
    Add onion.
    Place cooked broccoli in bottom of baking dish.
    Sprinkle with peas, Chinese vegetables and water chestnuts.
    Cover with soup mixture.
    Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
