Perfect Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. water
    garlic salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Lightly mix ground beef, bread, onion, 1/2 can tomato sauce, egg and seasonings.
    Shape into loaf in a shallow pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
