Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 c. frozen Tater Tots
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. bell pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and pepper together in butter.
    Brown hamburger and drain.
    Spray a large casserole with Pam.
    Add frozen Tater Tots.
    Pour meat and onion mixture over Tater Tots. Heat soup, water and Cheez Whiz; pour over meat mixture.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
