Impossible French Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. apples, pared and sliced
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. softened butter
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Bisquick Streusel
Preparation
    Mix apples, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Turn in a greased 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
    Beat milk, butter, eggs and sugar until smooth (about 1 minute).
    Pour over apple mixture.
    Sprinkle Bisquick Streusel on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until a knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 55 to 65 minutes).
