Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken fryer, cut up
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix apricot preserves, Russian dressing and onion soup mix. Pour over chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is done, basting with sauce occasionally during baking. Serve with rice.
