Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head romaine lettuce
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
4 Tbsp. oil
2 egg yolks
2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lemon
Parmesan cheese and croutons
Preparation

Mix salt, pepper, oil, egg yolks, crushed garlic cloves, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and juice of 1/2 lemon.
Stir until mixed well.
Cut romaine up in small pieces; add sauce and mix. Add 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and croutons and enjoy.
