Beef Tips With Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. sirloin
2 large onions, thinly sliced
2 large green peppers, thinly sliced
A. 1. steak sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cut sirloin into thin strips.
In a large skillet, quickly brown steak, adding A. 1. sauce and Worcestershire sauce to taste. Add peppers and onions.
Cook until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve alone or over rice.
