Chicken Breasts Ala Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg, freshly grated
    salt and freshly ground black pepper
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    4 lemon wedges
Preparation
    Split and bone chicken breasts.
    Remove and discard the skin. Season the flour with salt and pepper to taste; add nutmeg. Dredge the breasts lightly in the flour mixture.
    Dip the breasts into the eggs and then in a mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese, coating thoroughly.
    Brown on all sides in the melted butter.
    Serve hot with lemon wedges.
    Serves 4.
