Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 c. pancake mix (to roll fingers in)
Preparation
    Let chicken soak in milk for 1 hour.
    Drain and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Roll in pancake mix until well coated.
    Fry in deep fat until done and floats, 5 to 7 minutes.
