Jean'S Green Pea Soup(I Made This Up One Day) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. dry split green peas
    2 small potatoes, diced in 3 x 2-inch pieces
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. leaf marjoram
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1 c. water
    2 c. chicken stock
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook peas 1/2 hour in water to cover.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook until tender.
    Put in blender and blend smooth. It may be thinned with more stock, if desired.
