Ingredients

1 lb. round steak
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
4 medium potatoes, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Cut meat into serving pieces; salt and dip in flour.
Brown in skillet in hot oil.
Place vegetables on top of meat.
Add mushroom soup.
Cover skillet; turn heat to simmer (when steam escapes freely).
Simmer 50 minutes.
