Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pears, chopped
2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine pears, sugar and nuts.
Add flour, nutmeg, salt, cinnamon and soda to pear mixture.
Next, add eggs, oil and vanilla.
Mix all well and pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Cool.
