Apple Pie(Baked In Paper Sack) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 large apples
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cut apples in small pieces.
    Mix with lemon juice.
    Mix sugar, flour and nutmeg together, then mix in apples.
    Put in 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle with Topping mixture.
    Place in large grocery paper sack.
    Staple end or secure firmly by other means. Bake for 1 hour at 425\u00b0.
