One Step Pasta Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (16 to 19 oz.) can red or white kidney beans
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. small pasta (tubetti, orzo or small shells)
    2 tsp. chicken flavored instant bouillon (1 envelope)
    1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    1/2 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese (1/2 c.)
Preparation
    In a 2 1/2-quart casserole, cook olive oil, garlic and onion, covered, on High 3 to 5 minutes, until tender, stirring halfway through.
    Add kidney beans with liquid, tomato sauce, pasta, bouillon and 3/4 cup water.
    Cook covered on High 14 to 18 minutes, until pasta is tender.
    Stir halfway through.
    Stir in peas; sprinkle with cheese.
    Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
