Ruby Dildine'S Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed fine (20 crackers)
    3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water; chill.
    Freeze milk 1/2 hour and whip with beater.
    Combine jello, milk, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and pineapple in large bowl.
