Sour Cream Whipped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. water
    8 Tbsp. butter
    3 tsp. salt
    dash of garlic
    1 c. milk
    4 oz. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sour half and half
    7 c. Hungry Jack potato flakes
Preparation
    Heat water; add cream cheese, sour half and half and butter until all ingredients are melted.
    Add milk, salt, garlic and potatoes.
    Put in buttered casserole dish.
    Top with paprika and pats of butter.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0, covered.
    Uncover for the last few minutes.
