Yankee Doodle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. elbow macaroni, uncooked
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 c. (8 oz.) cubed Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. hot dogs, cut in 1/2-inch pieces (ham can be used)
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish, drained
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain.
    In a large bowl toss macaroni with sour cream, pickle relish, green pepper, onion, vinegar and mustard.
    Fold in cheese and hot dog pieces.
    Chill 3 to 4 hours to blend flavors.
    Makes approximately 6 cups.
