Homos Bi Tahini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chickpeas
    1 clove garlic
    3 Tbsp. tahini (available in Pathmark/Food Town)
    1 tsp. salt
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/3 to 1/2 c. water (if needed)
Preparation
    Rinse and drain chickpeas and place in blender with other ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Sprinkle with a little olive oil. Garnish with parsley.
