Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 oz.) can sweet potatoes
    1 can pear sauce (reserve juice)
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cut up sweet potatoes and pears and place into a greased baking dish.
    Add the oranges and raisins.
    Heat pear juice to boil.
    Add cornstarch (which has been mixed with a little water) and the butter.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or 15 minutes on High in microwave.
