Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 lb. light brown sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Add sugar, beaten eggs, milk, flour, coconut and vanilla, in that order.
    Makes 14 small tarts or one 9-inch pie. Use Bama tart shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until browned.
