Creamy Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon or orange gelatin
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (3 oz.) can pimento, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Measure juice drained from pineapple.
    Add water to make 2 cups.
    Heat liquid to boiling and dissolve gelatin in it.
    Add other ingredients and stir well.
    Spoon into a 10-cup mold or pan and chill in refrigerator.
    Serves 10 or 12.
