Apple Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large Delicious apples
    1/2 c. matzo meal
    4 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. sugar
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Peel apples and grate fine.
    Beat egg yolks with sugar until lemon colored.
    Add lemon juice, apples and matzo meal.
    Fold in whites which have been stiffly beaten.
    Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
