Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 medium onion
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 cup rice, uncooked
    1 1/2 cup tomato juice
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, egg, milk, onion, chili powder, salt, and rice, shape into balls.
    Pour tomato juice and sugar over meatballs.
    Simmer in skillet with lid for approximately 45 minutes.
