Flaky Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    5 Tbsp. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Blend together flour, salt and shortening.
    Mix egg, water and vinegar together.
    Pour over flour mixture.
    Mix.
    Roll out on floured surface.
    Makes two double crust pies or four pie shells. May also be stored in the refrigerator up to 10 days.
