Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 large onions, sliced
    1 large green pepper, minced
    2 c. uncooked rice or noodles
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook onion in oil until yellow; add pepper and beef and cook until mixture is falling apart.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Put in a greased casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
