Potato Lefse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. mashed potatoes
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/4 c. heated cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix and cool before adding flour.
    Bake thin in frying pan. Makes 9 Lefse.
