Alabama Chicken("You Are Good To Go") - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large fryer
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. flour
2 c. corn oil
Preparation

Cut chicken into serving pieces; wash and dry on paper towel. Then sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Then dip in buttermilk.
Shake in flour in paper bag.
Heat oil to 275\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
Then add chicken.
Cook until golden brown, turning once. Once done, drain on paper towel.
Place on a platter; garnish with parsley, if you desire.
