Fresh Fruit Salad(Low-Fat - Special Diet) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. medium shell noodles
18 oz. carton nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (5 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 large orange, sectioned
1 c. red grapes, halved
1 c. green grapes, halved
1 large apple, chopped
1 medium banana, sliced
Preparation

Prepare shell noodles according to package directions.
Rinse well with cold water and drain.
In small bowl, blend yogurt and orange juice concentrate.
In large bowl, combine shell noodles and remaining ingredients.
Add yogurt mixture and toss to coat. Cover and chill thoroughly.
Yields 10 cups.
