Cajun Fettucine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crawfish or shrimp
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    6 oz. tube garlic cheese
    6 oz. fettucine, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 pt. half and half
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 small jar pimientos
    1 stick butter or oleo
    Tabasco (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan and saute onion, celery and garlic.
    Add flour, cooking about 15 minutes until mixture is light tan in color.
    Add half and half; add cheese.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Add pimentos, mushrooms and seafood.
    Cook about 20 minutes.
    Mix with cooked noodles.
    Place mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake, uncovered at 375\u00b0 for about 5 to 10 minutes until hot.
