Low Calorie Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. drained, cooked pinto beans, mashed
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 oz. crunchy nugget cereal (like Grape-Nuts)
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    brown sugar substitute (to equal 1 c. plus 3 Tbsp. regular sugar)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes until firm.
    For festive occasions, add 1 ounce pecan halves to top of pie.
