Diet Ocean Perch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 onions, sliced
    2 lb. fish fillets
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook onions in salted water until tender.
    Spread drained onions in a shallow baking dish.
    Place fish on onions.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Spread over fish.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
