Crab Supreme(Make One Day Ahead) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices soft bread, diced
    1 lb. crab meat, remove any shell
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. Accent
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 beaten eggs
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. cold milk
    paprika
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook celery, green pepper and onion slowly in small amount of water for 10 minutes.
    Place 1/2 of diced bread into 9 x 12-inch cake pan or equivalent casserole dish.
    Mix together crab meat, cooked celery, onion and green pepper, mayonnaise, Accent and salt.
    Spread over diced bread and top with remaining 1/2 of bread.
    Mix together eggs and milk and pour over ingredients in dish.
    Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Remove from refrigerator, spoon mushroom soup over top and sprinkle with paprika and cheese.
    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
