Dilly Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. or cake yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Soften yeast in water.
Combine yeast and next ingredients. Add flour.
Let
rise

to 60 minutes in warm place. Knead. Place in
greased pan
and
let rise 30 to 40 minutes. Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
