Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped carrots
    1/2 c. finely chopped potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and carrots in margarine. Add potatoes and cook until tender. Add flour and stir until smooth. Add broth and Cheez Whiz. Stir until melted. Season to taste.
    Cook until mixture thickens and bubbles.
    Serves 4.
