Mom'S Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 qt. sieved persimmons
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 pt. whole milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a crock bowl and place in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until cocoa colored.
    Stir every 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cool and refrigerate.
    Consistency will be that of pudding.
    Serve in dessert dishes with sweetened whipped cream on top.
