Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg white
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. dried sage, crushed
    1 lb. lean ground raw turkey
    2 Tbsp. apricot fruit spread
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine egg white, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, skim milk, sage, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
    Add turkey; mix well.
    In a shallow baking pan, pat turkey mixture into loaf.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
