Pie Crust Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. sifted flour
    4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. shortening or 2 c. lard
Preparation
    Work up with a pastry blender and store for future use.
    Using 1 1/2 cups of mix for one pie crust and 2 cups of mix for a double crust, add 4 to 6 tablespoons of water when ready to bake pie.
